Yoshimatsu Laboratory
Equipments
Our laboratory possesses two PLD chambers with an Nd:YAG laser. We use them to synthesize oxide thin film samples. The synthesized samples are then microfabricated using a microscope exposure system and various electrical measurements are performed. In addition, we utilize shared equipment on campus and off-campus synchrotron radiation facilities to conduct cutting-edge materials research.
We also collaborate with Prof. A. Otomo in the same department, where we jointly supervise students and conduct joint research by sharing equipments.
